So here we are. The summer months are behind us and fall and winter are not far behind. Some of you may see this as a time to start back into a fitness program, where some of you may be ready to say, “been there, done that” and “forget it!”
Before you take another step……STOP.
Most people don’t realize that the “MISSING LINK” to any health, wellness, and fitness program is………….MINDSET!
Mindset is the missing link to whether or not your particular program will or will not work. You may workout 3-4 days per week, eat healthy, stay within your calorie range, ya, da, ya, day, ya, day. However, if your mindset isn’t right, all of the above will eventually come to a screeching halt at the first misstep. (I can’t believe I ate the whole thing!) You know what I’m talking about!
If you are really serious about making some changes to your health and well-being, the mindset needs to be taken just as seriously as lifting weights, eating healthy and other lifestyle habits that need to consistently be incorporated to get you there. The three key players in living your life well are exercise, nutrition, and mindset.
