Class Descriptions

TRX/FIST (Functional Interval Strength Training)

This 45-minute strength class uses the TRX Suspension Trainer as well as other fitness equipment to work every major muscle group. You will burn fat, build muscle and increase range of motion, flexibility, and coordination all the while getting your sweat on. Open to every fitness level.

FIST (Functional Interval Strength Training)

This 30-minute strength class will use primarily other fitness equipment to target specific muscle groups along with increasing cardio-respiratory endurance. Some exercise experience recommended.

“Battle Ropes N’ Straps” Circuit Strength

If you are looking for something a bit outside the box, then “Straps n Ropes” is the ticket!  This 45-minute total body workout incorporates the TRX Suspension Trainer along with battle ropes to give you max results in minimal time.  You get in and get it done just in time for dinner!
Come in and give it a try!  No two classes are ever the same!  It’s challenging and fun all at the same time.  As always, you go your own pace and compete with no one else but yourself!.
