Guiding Principle

I understand that the health and fitness needs for men and women over 40 are vastly different from those of the younger population. My passion is to help men and women over 40 move better, so they are both motivated and able to participate in activities they enjoy!


I know what it’s like to struggle with weight and self-image issues. It has been a long journey to get to where I am today, and as a result, I know I can help you reach your fitness goals! Your path to fitness is not one you have to travel alone!

After 20 years as a social worker, I decided to follow my passion for health and fitness. I earned my ACE Personal Trainer and Functional Aging Specialist certifications, among others, so I could dedicate my career to helping others improve their lives through fitness.

I encourage you to do the same. You may feel like a failure because your previous efforts to become healthy, lose weight, and eat better haven’t produced the results you expected. That doesn’t mean you’re hopeless. With my help and guidance, you will start to achieve your goals.
